www.IntelPdf.com (“the Site”),
hereby also referred to as
“we,” “our,” “IntelPdf,” "Ubot Labs," "Ubot Labs LLC," or
“Application” and the user, hereby also referred to as
“you,” “member,” and
“seller.”
IntelPDF provides an online Application for interacting intelligently with PDFs, hereby also referred to as
“the Service.”
All users are subject to the following terms and conditions of this User Agreement.
We require that you read and accept this User Agreement before using the Services.
Regardless of whether you have or have not read this User Agreement, if you use any part of the Site then you are bound by the following terms and conditions of this User Agreement.
We have the right to update this User Agreement at any time and without notice.
If you disagree with any aspect of the following terms your only recourse is to discontinue use of the Site.
The IntelPDF Application provides tools and features, including AI, to interact with PDF documents.
You may use the Application for personal or business purposes, subject to compliance with these Terms.
If you are using the Application on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You are solely responsible for all activities and content generated using the Application. You agree not to use the Application for any illegal, harmful, or unethical purposes.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Services at any time without prior notice.
Minors, users under the age of 18, may not participate in the Services.
All users who wish to use Services must register with IntelPDF.
Creating an account is done so by the user’s own volition.
You agree to allow IntelPDF to communicate with you through emails about issues relating to your account.
The information you provide when registering is private and will not be sold to any third parties, please see our privacy policy below for more information.
It is your responsibility to maintain the accuracy of information within your user account.
You are responsible at all times for maintaining the privacy of your IntelPDF username and password.
The Site will not be responsible for any identity theft.
You may terminate your account at any time.
We have the right to suspend or terminate your membership at any time, for any reason, and without explanation.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit the user content and that it does not infringe upon any third-party rights or violate any applicable laws.
We are not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or quality of any user content or the results obtained from the use of the Application.
All intellectual property rights in the Application, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and patents, belong to IntelPDF or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application for its intended purpose.
This license does not permit you to modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense the Application or any of its components.
We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to reject or delete any account that we find to be illegal or offensive in nature. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any statements made by third parties on the Site.
We do not endorse and are not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any content made by third parties on the Site, including all member content (such as Notes, reviews, images, profiles and any other user added content).
It is your responsibility to discern the validity of any such user content.
We are also not responsible in any way for third party links.
Please visit third party links at your own risk.
Under no circumstances will IntelPDF be liable for any losses or damages resulting from member content or third-party links.
Transaction Conditions & Refunds
You must be registered in order to use the Service.
As a pay as you go service, IntelPDF will be under no obligation to provide a refund of any amounts previously paid to the Site a user.
Purchases are made at your own risk.

We value your feedback and are committed to addressing your concerns.
While we strive to provide accurate and respectful content through our Service, there may be instances where the AI generates content that some users may find offensive, inappropriate, or misleading.
We cannot guarantee that all content generated by our Service will be free from such issues, and we disclaim any liability for any harm or damages resulting from your interaction with the Application.
By using our AI Service, you understand and agree that you are solely responsible for your interactions with the Application and any content generated during those interactions.
We encourage users to report any offensive or inappropriate content by contacting us at
info@intelpdf.com so that we can take appropriate action to improve our Application.
We take reasonable precautions to protect your information, such as SSL encryption, to prevent unauthorized access and misuse.
However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Application at any time, with or without cause, without prior notice or liability.
Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.
The name "IntelPDF" and other IntelPDF marks, logos, designs, and phrases that we use in connection with our Services are trademarks, Service marks, or trade dress of IntelPDF in the U.S. and other countries.
They may not be used without the express written prior permission of IntelPDF.
In order for the Site to work properly cookies must be enabled on your computer.
YOU AGREE THAT THE USE OF THE SITE IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
INTELPDF IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE INTEGRITY, ACCURACY AND RELIABILITY OF ANY CONTENT ON THE SITE AND OF ANY THIRD-PARTY LINKS.
THE SITE DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT IT WILL ALWAYS EXIST, BE AVAILABLE ONLINE, ERROR-FREE OR BE FREE FROM VIRUSES.
YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT YOU DOWNLOAD FROM, OR OTHERWISE OBTAIN CONTENT OR SERVICES THROUGH, THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN DISCRECTION AND RISK, AND THAT INTELPDF,
ITS SUPPLIERS AND ITS LICENSORS WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OF SUCH CONTENT OR THE USE OF THE SERVICE.
Limitation of Liability and Exclusive Remedy
INTELPDF IS IN NO WAY LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, LOSSES, INJURIES OR ANY CLAIMS OF ANY KIND AND UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
HOWEVER, SHOULD FOR SOME REASON A LEGAL ISSUE INVOLVING INTELPDF NEED TO BE SETTLED IT MUST BE DONE WITHIN A DELEARE STATE COURT OF LAW.
SHOULD INTELPDF BE FOUND LIABLE FOR A LOSS BY A FLORIDA COURT OF LAW THE MAXIMUM PAYOUT WOULD BE NO MORE THAN $100. ANY CLAIM FILED AFTER 1 YEAR FROM DISPUTE SHALL BE VOID.
IF WE FAIL TO EXERCISE ANY PORTION OF THESE TERMS THIS WILL NOT WAIVE OUR RIGHT TO EXERCISE SUCH TERMS IN THE FUTURE.
FURTHERMORE, YOU AND INTELPDF KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY AGREE TO WAIVE YOUR RESPECTIVE RIGHTS TO BRING OR PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION OR ARBITRATION.
If you have a dispute with one or more users, you release us (and our affiliates and subsidiaries, and our and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
In entering into this release, you expressly waive any protections (whether statutory or otherwise) that would otherwise limit the coverage of this release to include only those claims which you may know or suspect to exist in your favor at the time of agreeing to this release.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless IntelPDF, its contractors, and its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all claims and expenses,
including attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to, any violation of any representation or warranty contained in these Terms of Service, improper use of IntelPDF’s Services or your break of any law or the rights of a third party.
If any part of these Terms of Service is held invalid or unenforceable, that part will be construed to reflect the drafter’s original intent, and the remaining portions will remain in full force and effect.
Headings are for reference purposes only and do not limit the scope or extent of such Section.
Our failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches.
We do not guarantee we will take action against all breaches of this User Agreement.
These Terms continue to apply, even after you close your account or cease using the Service.
We have the right to modify any part of the terms of this User Agreement at any time and without notification.
Continued use of the Site by you confirms your acceptance of any such modifications.

By using the IntelPDF AI-based Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
IntelPDF will not give or sell your personal information to any 3rd party!
If in the future this policy should change, we will provide notice and allow current members to opt-out of any information sharing.
By using the Application, you consent to such collection and processing and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
